Order Processing & Handling

• If you are ordering a ready-made item it will be ready for shipping within 2 business days of receipt of payment

• All orders are handcrafted and prepared for shipment within 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays). This also applies to custom orders

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping Cost: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the final package weight, destination address, and your chosen courier service.

• Delivery Estimates: Estimated transit times depend on your location and courier selection at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after order dispatch.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and postal code are fully accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Damaged or Missing Packages Each jewelry piece is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package so we can assist you right away.
