By accessing our website or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

1. General Conditions

  • Eligibility: By placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow your minor dependents to use this site.

     

  • Handmade Nature: All Products are individually handcrafted. As a result, natural variations in color, size, texture, gemstone pattern, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects, but rather unique characteristics of artisan craftsmanship.

     

2. Products and Pricing

  • Availability: All Products are subject to availability. Because items are handmade, stock may be limited or made-to-order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without notice.

     

  • Pricing: All prices listed on our site are in INR and exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

     

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at any time for reasons including inventory limits, payment verification issues, or suspected fraud.

     

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI

     

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Times: Because items are handmade, processing times vary:

     

    • Ready-to-ship items: [2–4 business days]

       

    • Custom/Made-to-order items: [2–3 weeks]

       

  • Delivery: Estimated shipping timelines are provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays, customs holds, or lost/stolen packages once transferred to the carrier.

     

  • Customs and Import Fees: International buyers are solely responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply.

     

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Standard Returns: You may return non-custom items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

     

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

     

    • Custom or personalized orders

       

    • Pierced earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)

       

    • Items purchased on clearance/sale

       

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at magichomespun@gmail.com for a repair, replacement, or refund.

     

6. Jewelry Care and Repair

  • Care Instructions: Handmade jewelry requires delicate handling. Damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper storage, exposure to water/chemicals (perfumes, lotions), or accidental dropping are not covered under returns.

     

  • Repairs: We offer repair services for damaged items. Depending on the nature of the damage and purchase date, repairs may incur a small fee plus shipping costs.

     

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, logos, product names, text, graphics, and jewelry designs—is the exclusive property of SARA NE (Homespun Magic Jewellery) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our designs or content without prior written permission.
