Returns

Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders, sale items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions and address.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send an email notification regarding your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
